Its core business is advertising, creative design, exhibition, conferences & events management as well as public relations consultancy. We also offer web-based services i.e. online marketing and online Corporate Social Responsibility.

Organizational Structure
Tri-Bloc Ventures is managed by three executive directors and two non-executive directors who also serve in different positions:
Executive Directors:
Mike Amerah: Administration and Marketing Manager
Amerah brings in three years of experience as one of the pioneers and marketing manager of Swiss Management Academy with learning and practical experience in marketing and business administration. He has worked with Sols Inclinations Ltd for six months as a sales and marketing manager.
Odyssée Ndayisaba: Design Manager
Odyssée is a specialist web and graphic design with three year experience in the industry. He has worked with among others SAPTA Foundation based in Washington D.C. - USA, and he is also undertaking an undergraduate program at CTIE, St. Mary’s University of Minnesota – USA Nairobi Campus
Alexander Lepash: Public Relations and Events Manager
Lepash comes in with four years of training experience in the undergraduate programme from Daystar University. He also has one and a half years of working experience as an assistant events and PR coordinator at Exhibition and Events Organizers Ltd.
. The non-executive directors work with the company on consultancy and advisory basis as they are engaged in other jobs. However, their input is of great importance to the company hence their directorship status.
